FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION

The first step is a free initial phone consultation. It is difficult to offer set pricing as there are many options to choose from to meet your company needs. During the initial phone consultation we explain how the internet works and ways the internet can work for you. We try to make you feel comfortable with web terminology in a relaxing, pressure-free atmosphere. If we feel that a web site would not offer any benefit to your business, we will let you know. We believe that honesty and flexibility is the key to success in this and any industry. Once we get a good idea of the types of things you would like to incorporate in your web site, we can come up with a reasonable, easy to understand flat rate for the process of building and maintaining your company site. There is also the graphical side of your web site. If you already have logos for your company and any graphics that you would like on your web site, we will gladly use them for your site. If, however, you would like to change your company logo, create a new one, or have our design team create a few examples for you to choose from,this option is offered as a separate service (again, at reasonable rates).

WEB SITE SHELL

Once we determine the basic information structure of your web site, we will create a shell web site. Basically, this will be a main start page, with links to additional pages without detailed information. The fee for this is normally charged at hourly rates.

APPROVAL

Once the shell has been created we give you the opportunity to see the beginning of the site building process and to make any design changes before we get too deep into the content of the web site. Also, this gives you the opportunity to make sure that your new web site is moving in the direction you desire. 'As with any creative process, there may be times where the site is not quite what you are looking for. We offer this step to give you the chance to make design changes and get a feel for how the site will appear.
