We offer 24/7 Technical support for all web based services. For our Network support, we offer technical support in several tiers:

On-Site Networking services - We offer on-site services to businesses that require network support during business hours. Our on-site consultants will have pagers so they can be contacted in the event of an emergency. These costs will be built into the contractual aggreement.

Off-Site Networking services - We offer off-site networking services primarily to small businesses that require simple networking with little maintanence required. Many of our networking services can be manipulated this way. There will be an on-call technician 24 hours a day/7 days a week prepared to come on-site if the situation cannot be resolved via telephone.
